Human Trafficking Task Force raid in Marysville
Breaking news when warranted
Marysville Police with assistance from the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force executed search warrants this morning on a local business and residence.
The Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission and Ohio’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation were also assisting.
In a press release from Chief Tony Brooks, the warrants were served at a business called Healthy Relaxation Spa, 843 East Fifth in the old Kroger Plaza at Five Points.
Another search warrant was executed at a residence on W. 5th Street.
The search warrants were the result of a months-long investigation into suspected illegal activities related to the business.
Brooks said investigators are currently searching both locations for evidence related to “illegal activities.”

With Kroger having been located in so many different Marysville locations over the years, you should probably have called this one the ancient location. I've been here 30 years and never knew that Kroger was at Five Points.
